Purchases are final, and while we don’t accept returns please contact us if you have an issue with your order.
Shipping
Packages are shipped Wednesday - Saturday. Orders are shipped within 2-4 days from the date the order is placed, and all items are shipped from the shop in Los Angeles, CA. Orders within the US containing only print media and/or music can be shipped with USPS Media Mail or First Class. All other orders will be shipped First Class. Lost, stolen, damaged, or returned packages are the responsibility of the customer.
Pickup
Orders placed for in-store pickup are available immediately after placing and can be picked up any time we are open (Wednesday-Sunday 11am-6pm). If you need a time outside this window, please send us an e-mail!
